"Great hotel with fantastic service! Centrally located, nicely decorated rooms with a/c and the staff were excellent. Our room key stopped working one night and the manager came to help us within 10 minutes without fuss. We also ate at the restaurant one night and it was our best restaurant experience in Bruges. Highly recommend staying here! Please note there are no elevators and your room may be situated on the fourth floor."
