"Very dated. Everything seemed very moist inside the room. When we walked in we noticed there was no mat and we had sandy feet from the beach so that would have been useful. The toilet ran all night even when we tried to fix it. The bedding was yellow/brown. I was grateful for a place to lay my head at night as I know the pickings are slim in that area but I was relieved to hit the road. The staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant food was food…nothing exciting."

"#35 was our room. The musty smell was terrible, but it was the only room left on the Cabot trail. The room description says it’s a queen size, but it’s actually a double. The room, and surrounding property was very clean, but the place was so dated, I felt like I was back in the 70’s. It was the cheapest place around, so I guess that’s why it’s full."

"Check in was great. Has a cafe but is not open at this time. Room was good. Coffee was good in room. Would recommend this cute place!"
