"Raffaella was an absolute pleasure, so helpful and charming. The property was just what we were hoping for with its accessibility to the various locales in the Piemonte area. "An idilic stay in Le Langhe. Chiara and Antonello were wonderful hosts. They gave loads of recommendations, helped organise our week’s itinerary and were amazing accommodating my vegan diet (my wife is vegetarian and both of us thought the breakfast was great). The agriturismo is beautiful and well situated, in the countryside but only a 15min drive from the town of Alba. There are 4 delightful cats and the room was very comfortable. We can’t wait to visit again - Grazie mille!"

"Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for.
