"Lovely hotel , great spa, and lovely peaceful area. Room spotless and cleaned daily with lovely toiletries. The fridge doesn’t work it was warmer than the room so had to buy daily ice to have cold water. Great location to walk into town within 10 minutes to get to restaurants and an amazing bakery. We didn’t have breakfast as it was €30 for two and we were on the road early everyday so just used the bakery.great location to visit places by car within 1 hour there are lots of places to see....

"Rooms were pristine and staff was very helpful! Beds were super comfy too. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Bolzano.
They have a washer/dryer for you to do laundry if needed! About 8€ total for both."

"Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay.
Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

"1000% recommend The Parc. We had such a lovely time here, everything was super smooth pre-check in to checkout. The property was very well maintained.
We got the attic room which gave a super retro vibe. The staff was amazing, huge shoutout to Vicky and Vera who served us during breakfast. Ursula who runs the hotel was super helpful too.
We loved the fact that the experience was very personalised throughout.
The sauna area was soooooo good and relaxing too. We used the jacuzzi, steam,...
