New beds in the hallways looking through the door trying to find someone they don’t even have a front desk because it’s being remodeled. I’m ok with the remodel but what I will not tolerate is being scammed by the hotel for saying they have rooms and selling through Expedia when clearing they don’t have rooms...

"An absolutely beautiful property and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags. "Honestly, this was a disgusting place to stay. There were obviously leaks over the shower from the floor above, and the amenities provided seem like collections from rooms from other hotels that people may have stayed at. The grand finale was waking up with water dripping onto the already stained rug from the floor above us almost immediately on the bed we were sleeping in. There is no way that these were new leaks and should have been tended to. Hoping we didn’t come home with bedbugs. I would...
