"The property is in a perfect location in Galway. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even bringing us room service when we were in a time crunch but needed lunch prior to going out. The room was very comfortable and cozy. We absolutely will return when we end up in Galway again."

One of the highlights was the free parking, which was a great convenience and added value to our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. "Beautifully clean accommodation with fantastic views"

"Service was exceptional and so helpful all around. Breakfast was delicious and worth the 12€. Our issue with Nox Hotel was that there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the room was constantly humid and smelled damp. We tried to crack open the window only to find that they were completely locked. No AC either which was honestly expected but combined with the inability to open the window was awful."

"Wow!!! This place was great!!! Such an amazing location with convenient and great restaurants around the hotel. There was plenty of parking. We had a delicious breakfast in the hotel upon checkout. We had a family suite with 2 bedrooms and it was so nice having the kids in the other room with a common area in between to provide privacy for us. They also had an air hockey table and fooseball table for the boys to play on. Restaurants are super close and so good. Kenny’s was my favorite place. 😊"

"Chambre propre, personnel sympathique mais il faisait horriblement chaud dans la chambre, pas de ventilateur disponible à la réception et le chauffage de la salle de bain était bloqué sur puissance maximale. Heureusement la personne de la réception a été couper la chaudière pour arranger la chose ! L’hôtel n’est pas climatisé. Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié !"
