" I do a lot of traveling. I don't understand why some cheaper hotels insist on pushing people out for their convenience of cleaning after we pay $75 for barely 12hrs of time without being disturbed several times in the morning starting before 9am knocking on doors and calling rooms. What has happened to customer service? Travelers don't want consecutive morning reminders that check out is 11am. When I didn't answer the room service because I was half asleep when they knocked they actually opened the door. They know your vehicles, tags etc etc so they know you are still there. "

"This was the absolute worst motel I have ever stayed in. The sheets looked like they were dragged through the parking lot. There was toothpaste in the sink. The smoke detector was beeping every single minute. The room had holes in the wall and doors. It was a disgusting place to see much less stay. "

"The hotel is under renovation is horrible. The walls look like it has mold on it. It smelled like paint and all on the first floor right pass the check-in. It was a horrific sight."

"My shower did not work. They moved me to a smaller room and the floor smelled like smoke. I reported it and they told me they were full, but a supervisor will contact me. no one contacted me, so I contacted them. They said they cannot help me because I booked through a 3rd party."

"The first I met when I checked in was Jacob! He was awesome and extremely friendly.No problems from the staff.The Room was awesome .very clean! Breakfast was great! Really wanted waffles but waffle iron not working per note on machine! Overall a solid 9.5 out of 10! Thanks ...Will stay here again!"
