"Everything needs a deep clean, but it's still very good. Very quiet room, perfect bed minus a dip on the bathroom side. Seen this in a few of their rooms. Good breakfast with many options. Wish there was a direct rout from the mall across the street but it's 5 min to go 1 street. Staff was great. Water refill station. Would stay again. "

"Great stay for one night. We stayed in a king room with sofa sleeper room was large. If u are having some one sleep on the sofa sleeper ask for linens for the sofa sleeper when u check in, they arent in the room. Breakfast was good had a very good variety of all breakfast items."

"We picked this place for our kids (4 & 2) because the pool looked unique; the water was absolutely freezing. I understand most pools are not heated but this felt extreme compared to the last 4 we had stayed at this trip. It wasn’t just us, there were several adults and kids there complaining. And no one was staying in When we asked for towels the front desk said they could only bring down 4 due to “inventory” for everyone there. No one even brought those. "There was a heaping pile of trash bags under one of the public staircases. At one point, there was a vagrant rummaging through the bags. Other than that, the stay was okay. "

To make matters worse, the electricity went out, and despite notifying the staff, no one ever came to fix it or even follow up.
