"My Daughter and I visited COHO in late January for a ski trip during a snowstorm. We were greeted by the owners and their daughter Rosie shoveling off our entrance to room. The room had exactly what we needed for a overnight stay. After Dinner we went into Lobby/Lodge and played board games, vintage Pacman and bought some local craft beer. We had hot coco/tea. "This place was absolutely sublime; impeccably clean, well appointed and the innkeeper is extremely personable. The view from the room is classic New England with green mountains in the background. The toiletries are of extremely high quality. It will be my go-to lodging when I'm in the area!"

"This is a New England bed and breakfast. There are no amenities as it's in the countryside. Buildings are charming but old so reviews need to consider that. Lovely. Not far from where the Von Trapp family settled. Manchester is a charming NE town."

"Stayed in 2 bedroom lots of space but lacked helpful amenities. No place in bath to put personal items need a shelf or hooks. Small kitchen area had no light at all overhead or lamps. Not enough electrical outlets had to unplug coffee maker to use microwave. One bedroom could use a chair “continental breakfast” but milk in fridge was outdated for cereal or coffee. Very poor quality upgrades. Location good and outdoor space lovely."

"Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. "

"Comfy room and bed. Very clean. Pillows were too fat. There were roof shingles on the deck and the deck wood needs some sanding. The buildings where the suites are located needs serious roof work. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Staff was awesome!"
