"Due to a delayed flight, I arrived at the property at approximately 1:00 a.m. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a strong mold odor. In addition, the room appeared unclean and not properly maintained. The condition of the room made it unsuitable for me to stay. I had no choice but to leave shortly after checking in and find alternative accommodations in the middle of the night. At approximately 2:00 a.m., I was driving around looking for another place to stay. After driving an hour from the airport! I paid for a clean, safe room, but the accommodation provided did not meet those basic standards. I recommend you remove this hotel from your website."
