"While the Sonesta in Chattanooga appears clean, my recent stay was a complete failure in hospitality and basic guest care. ​Upon discovering that the toilet flooded the bathroom floor every time it was flushed, I immediately requested assistance. I was assured maintenance was on the way, but after three hours of waiting and multiple follow-up calls, I was told no one would come until the next day—and that no other rooms were available to move me to. I was forced to use all of my clean towels...

"When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe."

"The hotel is a budget hotel that was ok. It was $161 for the night because there was a softball tournament in town. It wasn't worth that price. A normal $78 a night charge, it would be well worth the price. Breakfast is ok. Rooms were clean. Staff were nice. It just wasn't worth the up charge."

"The staff and property were great. We had an issue with the AC when we first got there but they helped us out right away. The breakfast was great and the 24hr fresh coffee was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again."

"Such potential…BUT!! Room was dirty. Dust on ceiling. Stains on chair. Dirt on bottom of bed frames. Locks do not feel secure. Freezer on fridge had no door. Fridge did not cool anything. Perfect location to be close to so many attractions. Please put some effort into this place so that it does not have to feel like an overpriced waste of time. All travelers need is to feel clean, safe and comfortable. Photos make the place look amazing but in person the difference is astonishing."

"The thing I loved most was a huge breakfast they serve everyday!! It was amazing! Eggs sausage pancakes, homemade cinnamon rolls(hot), any kind of bread and toaster , gravy and biscuit , yogurt any flavor, cereal, three kinds of juice, fresh coffee, creamer. Parking was a little issue but wouldn’t keep me from staying there again."
