"The buildings need updating and their portal software is outdated. Property is pleasant to stay and has great views but needs some upgrades and renovations as the building infrastructure seems to be getting outdated as the years go by."

"The bed is hard like rock, for people who have habit of sleeping on soft bed or normal bed won’t find it nice. My back started aching but the staff was nice they offered me to change the room and also provided with an extra blanket to put on top. All in all, the property is nice and spacious. The staff is nice and cordial. They speak Chinese only so you need Google Translator."

"In the middle of a residential neighbourhood with a shopping centre a few blocks away. Owner picked me up at the airport and was vtalkative and ineresting. Room was perfect for an over-night stay."

"What can you say. Staff at the front desk and the restaurant went above and beyond. We try not to be demanding but we had a couple of special requests and staff met and exceeded our expectations."

"The bed was messy and dirty. The bedsheets were not washed. Many things in the room are very old and need to be replaced. The bed frame and mattress need to be replaced. "

"There was air and heat . But there was no ice machine, restaurant, or anything to purchase if hungry unless you used there vending machine. The person working the front desk was very quiet i had written them about getting a letter check out with zero response and i had messaged them at 7am . Basically its a decent place to sleep its not on the hogh end side but it was one of the cheaper hotels on the area"

"Had difficulty in parking. The receiption desk told me without sharing concern that I was reaching there in the midnight to park and there was no parking due to construction. I came with family of 4 staying in two rooms, they asked me to park near by a Trash Collection box in the dark. They said they can assure me the parking lot in the next day of my 4 days trip. Felt lots of inconvenience "
