"Het is gedateerd, geen koelkast en geen airco. Was erg heet in de kamer. Verder super schoon. Konden niet in restaurant eten volgens de 2 dames in de bediening. Ze deden geen enkele moeite. Volgens henzelf was er gebrek aan personeel. We kregen eerder de indruk dat ze geen zin hadden."

"The property is not a hotel. There is no reception and no service is provided at the property. You rent a room. There is no air conditioning and it was very hot. Our room was in the 4th floor and there is no elevator after the 3rd floor. The ceilings in our room were slanted both in the bathroom and bedroom and it is hard to avoid hitting the ceiling. The location also is not ideal."

"I am so glad we found Hotel Falken for our stay in Wengen. I adored the historic charm that made this place so special from the quaint and comfortable rooms (with an actual skeleton key), to the old music that greets you in the parlor to the idyllic ivy-filled, tree covered outdoor garden to Charlie the beautiful Samoyed hotel pet, this hotel was a brilliant home away from home. I'm so glad I discovered it, and now there's no other place I will stay when I'm in in Wengen."

"We were in the Guesthouse which is the 'budget' rooms of The Hey Hotel. Room was clean, beds comfy, excellent breakfast. View from both our rooms was out onto the roof terrace of the next door building about a metre away. The rooms would benefit from a voile curtain for privacy without drawing curtains. This didn't really spoil our 2 night stay as we were only in the room to sleep. Easy access to Ost station, No 21 bus. And walkable to West Station."

"Beautiful hotel at a reasonable price in the heart of the Jungfrau region. Very centrally located to all of the nice hikes. The staff was awesome - very kind and helpful. The gym was amazing, buffet breakfast was awesome. Unfortunately the spa and hot tub were under renovations when we stayed but we were able to obtain vouchers to use an outdoor pool nearby! Also the world cup was on during our stay and they set up a big screen outside I the courtyard and played the games! Very caring...

"Room was infested with lizard. We took the picture and informed frnt desk. Two staffs came and after almost 30 minutes of hustle they managed to get it. However, they killed it which we did not like. It would have been better to catch and release it in the wild. My family including myself had a sleepless night staying there. Fortunately, it was just one more day to stay. Also, this resort being away from town becomes very inconvenient. In sweltering heat, we had to walk almost 15-20 minutes to...

"The 'digital experience' is not for us..!! We like and appreciate people and the place has a sterile and soulless feel because of that. The room was spotlessly clean but breakfast was lacking choice."

"Tout a été excellent. Nourriture, emplacement , autobus. Petite note: nous sommes non fumeurs. Notre chambre était située directement au dessus de la terrasse du resto. Évidemment nous voulions avec vue sur le lac. Nous dormons toujours la fenêtre porte ouverte. En soirée vers les 22-23 heures la fumée des fumeurs de la terrasses est très très désagréable . Nous avons fermé notre porte. Une chance qu’il ne faisait pas chaud."
