"Comfortable"

"The hotel was clean and quiet, and the location is convenient. There is a lounge space out back and I believe there is a fire pit! You even get a delicious cookie upon arrival (I think vegan cookies are an option). My main purpose was to enjoy the sauna but I couldn't because it was being serviced. Actually that's the reason I scored low. Besides not accessing certain things the property is well maintained. I spoke with the staff and a manager about the amenities and was able to reach a...

"It hotel was above average!!!"

"Great stay, accommodated my last minute change. Thanks so much!"

"The hotel was great, however the overall smell of smoke and breathing in the smoke in the casino was overwhelming!"

"It was very perfec"

"This was my third time staying at this location. The room was clean, the staff I interacted with were all polite and friendly, the hotel was quiet and the breakfast was filling. I’ve never had a bad stay at this hotel."

"Not very much maintenance As seniors we need a NON slip shower and hand rails /grab bars on the shower . I not only was slipping in the shower but I did NOT have a thing to grab onto. The air conditioner was extremely loud in running The room was clean but very small and had pry marks on the outside door jamb, like a lot of pry marks The evening desk person was not the friendliest but the morning one was very sympathetic and offered to give up some IHG points to try and make it right, thank you...

"The staff was amazing. I booked a smoking room and when the manager or assistant manager found out that neither one of us were smokers, she upgraded our room without charging and it was an amazing room with a Jacuzzi tub. The place was very well maintained, clean, and the food was great."

"Parking"

"The first room we got the bathroom toilet was crack poorly fix and when you flushed the toilet all the water will come out with a weird smell . When I talk to the staff the first response was we don’t have another room. After o said I wasn’t sleeping there the girl from the counter told us she would check other rooms to see and we got moved. Second room was ok to pass the night. The place has potential but is poorly maintained."

"We were nervous after booking and seeing some if the reviews but when we got there we were pleasantly surprised! The check in area is well maintained and clean and the staff super helpful and friendly. Only thing that was inconvenient was they have no dishes silverware coffee pot or pans in the rooms to use. They are available to rent. But other than that the room was nice! We ended up getting a single pan a spatula forks and a 5 cup coffee maker from Walmart all for 25 bucks. We talked to the...
