"I DO NOT LIKE room cleaning/towel replacement every other day. Coffee pods in room were not refilled. I had to go to front desk and request cups/pods. I also don’t like having to pay $13.99 for a bagel, coffee, fruit (breakfast buffet). Do complementary continental breakfast instead. All that said, the staff was very pleasant and friendly."

"We liked the location, some rooms have a very nice view (ours was not one of them. Very dark with a basement style window facing tire level of the parking lot). Plenty of parking and a very good breakfast/lunch restaurant on site. Road construction made it difficult to access/leave, but that is not the hotel's fault. There was trenching dug around the property, clearly pipe problems, and the hotel smelled "sewery." Our toilet was leaking at the base and would not stop running all day and night....

"Parking is 40 dollars a day. Bait and switch on 25 dollars credit. Hidden fees on your bill. Look over before leaving
You can hear threw the rooms and our room 511 at 6 am in the morning we are awoken to a bagging sound that did not go away. I inform the front desk and he checked out. they apologized but did not offer accommodation. Great location to downtown but there are better hotels you can go to and they don't have a pool!!"

"Room was ok - knowing 4 people were checking in very late - did not make sure room was properly prepared - 2 washcloths were left and air conditioner did not work - it was hotter in the room than outside. They didn’t let us know at check in this was an issue and at 2am we didn’t have the energy to deal with it."
