Formal Complaint - Unacceptable Conditions & Safety Issues -
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my current stay at this hotel. My experience has been completely unacceptable and far below the advertised standards.
There have been multiple severe failures regarding my reservation:
• Accessibility & Safety: I explicitly requested a 1st-floor room with mobile accessibility. Upon arrival, I was told this was unavailable due to remodeling. This was never communicated to me during booking. Failing to disclose construction that impacts accessibility is a major oversight and has made my stay difficult and unsafe.
• Zero Housekeeping: I followed your policy and requested housekeeping in advance. It has now been two days, and my room has not been touched. The trash is overflowing, and I have no clean towels.
• Missing Basic Amenities: The room was not stocked with basic necessities. I have no toilet paper and no coffee, despite your listing stating these are provided.
The customer service I have received when trying to address these issues has been horrible. I am paying for a service that is not being rendered. I expect an immediate response regarding how you intend to rectify this situation and compensate me for this miserable experience.
