Curaçao was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The staff at Sunscape were very friendly. The property was well maintained. The beaches and sunsets were unforgettable! Waking up to the view from our ocean front room was a slice of paradise. Two comments I have are the air conditioning was horrible, the room temperature was uncomfortable and I wish there were a few more food choice options.

This place is like nothing they advertise! It is in shambles. Half the activities don't exist. Old buildings with none of the proper amenities. Unfortunately this place is awful. The staff however was pleasant.

Food was good a lot of options. Some staff were very kind especially the sun club lounge but others seemed like they didn't want to talk to me or me asking for help was an issue for them. The buffet has good food but if you are trying to go for breakfast make sure you go early otherwise there will be a big line, same as dinner. The pools are nice but the best is the beach with the crystal clear water. Room was clean and only some times they would forget to fill the mini bar but as long as you let them know they would go and fill it up. The only issue with our room was one of the glass shower doors was missing so whenever we took a shower it would make a mess all over the floor.

The room I was given was different from what was shown in the pictures, and it wasn’t very clean—you could even see strands of hair on the shower handle. The food was overly salty, and the pool didn’t appear well-maintained. However, I will say that the staff was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated.

The rooms that we got smelled moldy and the AC wasn't very cold, the rooms on the other side seemed to be more updated and better. The pool was good, and the beach front is excellent. The resort’s beach was a great place to lounge around. The staff was overall friendly and helpful. The dining choices were decent with above average food. We did wish there were food/snack options available between the regular dining hours of operation. The rooms were satisfactory, although we did not have hot water for the first three days before it was addressed. Our children wished there was a dedicated pool that was available for use with extended hours as all the pools were closed off starting at 6 PM. I give the resort a solid 4 stars only because of some of the shortcomings I had mentioned.
