"This is one of the filthiest hotels ive ever seen. No housekeeping services. The manager stole money from my father and the poor girl at the front desk paid a friend to help her collect trash and linens. I had to take the trash out of the room my dad was staying in. If you make a reservation with Expedia be careful there are zero refunds"

"The front desk staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Although the room my husband and I were in was clean, it had a musty smell that never went away even after having the air conditioner on throughout the night. In the restroom/shower there was also an odd odor either from the water itself or the plumbing. Perhaps, that particular room isn’t utilized frequently."

"The location makes it so easy to either walk downtown or get on the road in your vehicle. It’s also very scenic."

"Nice little boutique hotel! Clean, nicely decorated and walkable distance to the beach and great downtown shopping/eating/bars! The only bad thing I would say is; the lobby music starts every day at 8AM, it seemed to be much louder than it needed to be, the walls are thin and our neighbors had their tv blaring until about 2am (which isn't the hotels fault just something to keep in mind) and lastly there was no drink machine but a refrigerator in room if you remember to pick up drinks."

"Gorgeous building, grounds, and view!!! Staff is excellent and they truly enjoy their jobs! We did have a fan (or heater) in the bathroom that was very noisy and the pool looked like it needed vacuuming. The food is great and the service in all areas excellent!"

"I wax only there for one night, so I didn’t have a chance to use the pool or play golf, but the property looked very nice. The room was very nice, comfortable and quiet. My desire would have been to have some sort of breakfast food available. I didn’t have a car and didn’t want to use GrubHub or whatever. Also, there was no microwave in the room. It didn’t really matter to me since I was just there for the night, but other guests may want to know that."

"Our stay at the Beau Rivage from July 23–26, 2026, was enjoyable overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the casino, the vibrant atmosphere throughout the property, and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
