"On arrival the room wasn’t fully clean. There was debris under every table/piece of furniture. The conditioner in the shower was completely empty, the toilet handle was broken, there was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door, and there was no newspaper or kindling for the fireplace just big logs. The staff attended to the toiletries and fixed the toilet while we were out. They said they’d bring newspaper or kindling and never did. The ski shuttle was cancelled on the one day we wanted to ski...
