"I have stayed here multiple times. It has always been my husband and I’s get away spot. This last time we stayed it was unfortunately a different experience. It was so incredibly loud we couldn’t sleep. There were children running around everywhere we went unsupervised by any parents. It made our stay very unpleasant. I myself have children but I would not allow them to disrupt others that way. Especially late at night. I’d also like to address the salad I got from room service. I paid over $20 for a salad and it was so incredibly small and the lettuce was browning. Lastly, about an hour after I checked out I realized I forgot an item in the room. I called the front desk and explained the situation and that I live an hour away but my husband was still in the area, if they could please go check for my lost item. They said they couldn’t do that and forwarded me to a lost and found. They wanted me to fill out a form and they would get back to me…. I called back and said can we please have someone just go check the room it was super close to the front desk to begin with. They said I’ll forwarded you to house keeping. Housekeeping didn’t answer. I called back up to the front desk and got another person and it was as easy as okay! Yeah let me check! I’m very upset at my visit this time. "

"Friendlr front desk. Hassel free check in. Clean room and very spacious for my autistic daughter to pace. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was kind of bland. Pool area was nice and clean. Towels stocked. "

"Our room was mostly clean but a few items I noticed while taking a bath were mold under the tile in the tub wall and also in the crevasses on the toilet where the tank meets the base but the room was otherwise clean. The room was spacious with a nice patio and our room had a jetted tub in the bathroom which I loved. There are several amenities onsite including several restaurants, pool/jacuzzi inside and out, fitness center, spa, kids game room, gift shop and golf course. We liked that you could get to everything within the resort without needing to exit the building. We went Easter weekend and there were a variety of special activities included for free. We'll definitely be back over the summer when we can enjoy the outdoor amenities. It's not far from Lake Geneva- we found plenty to keep us busy for a long weekend."

"Stayed on a Monday after Easter & loved that there was no one around. The location is great and right across from the lake (even tho it was cold & windy while we were there) We just wanted to chill & the sauna was the perfect answer. There were massages on premises if you wanted. The front desk girl, I'm sad to say, I didn't get her name, but she was delightful & very helpful. She definitely helped make us feel welcome. The suites are spacious & supplies were more than we expected for our stay. I will definitely come back to spend more time when a getaway is in need! "

"We stayed here as a family. We've been several times. Mostly because of the kitchen. My kids loved the pool, hot tub and then the jacuzzi in the room after. The staff was very accommodating. If we could offer our two cents, it would be to have noodles for little ones at the pool--so we wouldn't have to travel with them, and the arcade is a bit of a money grab, with very few games. "
