"Overall rating was ok. The stressfull process was the self park and valet entrance. The hotel did not have a good staff to direct traffic to keep a good traffic flow. Checking into our room was not the best customer service from the front desk with poor attitude and a rushed "

"I arrived at the hotel after days in ICU with my dad and then the day after he passed away. The staff was so helpful and made everything easy during my stay. Plans changed after my first night and the staff and manager took care of parking, checkout and more with such compassion. I appreciate how kind everyone was and that they even gave us an upgrade to a quiet room with a sunny view to cheer me up."

"Clean room , coffee machine didn’t work , when I asked for in house breakfast I was told to call back 30 min later. No biggie. Beautiful property, lovely staff. Will come back if I’m that way again "
