"We had a spacious, clean room with a large window. The pool was clean and warm (enough) with plenty of fresh towels. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast buffet was tasty, too, and we were thrilled it opened early on weekends."

"Easy Check in and check out process. Friendly staff. Clean apartment. I had one issue, hornets nest on the chair on the balcony. I called to have them come get rid of it and maintenance was there within 5 minutes removing it. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The hotel really needs to invest in another set of elevators. It only has two small cars in the center court and when everyone checks out at the same time, the wait times are quite long. There are two others, one on each wing, but they are not as convenient as the mail lobby elevators. Also, the chose to clean the only male bathroom/showers in the water park just as we were planning to leave. Bathrooms/showers were closed for more than an hour. It's good to know they clean the facilities,...

"Everything was good. Just was missing the balcony that was advertised with the room. The property explain only the two bedroom signature rooms ha e balcony not the one bedroom."

They gave us each a bottle of water at check in which was nice and the pool area looked nice, we just never had time to enjoy it because we were busy. Breakfast was great - a good selection of items and everything was yummy. The elevators and hallways are stuffy and have an odd smell, probably because the room air...
