Pros:
- there is a continental breakfast
- the staff are friendly
- the location is great
Cons:
- the walls are paper thin. Unfortunately, I was sandwiched between rooms filled with highschoolers (I think it was a band tournament). The first night I was there they were repeatedly slamming doors close and talking so loudly that I heard every word. At 1030 I'd had enough and called the front desk. The manager on duty, promptly handled the problem by telling the room to quiet it down. They did so for the remainder of the stay
- the air conditioner is extremely loud, and during the night it kicks on every 10 minutes. During the day maybe 4 times every hour. It was hard to watch TV when the air-conditioning was running
- the TV didn't have program feature/guide that allowed you to preview what was playing. The closed captioning bounced around the screen. Whenever you turned on the TV it went to the weather channel. Not the channel you were last watching.
- the stains on the sofa were a bit sketchy. I did not sit on it
