The front attendant was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet despite the fact that a large group of students was staying. The decor was Interesting but the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was standard but the coffee was actually good. Very close to William and Mary and Colonial Williamsburg. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay there again.

We were not expecting this hotel to be as nice as it was! I highly recommend you stay here. It looked very new and clean, the room was very spacious and had everything we needed. It smelled good, they had fresh fruit water, and when we checked in very late, the lady at the front desk automatically gave us late check out the next day without us even asking.

I was very impressed with this hotel and can only use superlatives to describe my experience. The staff were some of the most pleasant people I have ever met, especially Nilam at the front desk who seems born to work in hospitality. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the lobby was tastefully decorated and inviting. The breakfast was outstanding in both variety and quality and the coffee was hot and delicious. The location was perfect! I honestly did not find even one negative about this stay.
