Room was clean, no smell. Air conditioning was cold and the beds were comfortable. Clean towels and the shower worked just fine. Large TV in the room. And coffee in the lobby. There is a McDonald’s across the street and a great restaurant called second st. Bistro in walking distance.

Good value for the price. Clean room, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Water pressure and shower and sink was a little weak, but otherwise a very pleasant day. We will absolutely stay here again.

Some of the surfaces in our room were sticky and there was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod when we entererd. Cigarette butts littered the ground around the stairs and room entrances. The location is very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, restaurants, and other attractions, and the staff members were responsive and helpful, but overall the facilities are worn and rather dingy. The parking was generous and it was very easy to get a parking space convenient to our room. The free coffee offered in the lobby was so watered down as to be undrinkable, and one of the juice selections in the dispenser contained only water (I didn't bother trying the others). There are no coffee makers in the rooms, but the small refrigerator and microwave were clean, conveneint, and in good working order. It was also very helpful to have a laundry facility on site.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times. It's convenient to Busch Gardens and Water Country. Several stores and places to eat close to the hotel. Staff is always friendly! Carpets could use a cleaning, but overall, the rooms seem clean.

Probably one of the cleanest motels I’ve ever stayed in. The pool is open until 9 during the summer and you can barely hear the other rooms near you. I usually prefer hotels but I would love to stay here again next time we’re doing a Busch gardens weekend

Clean place ,safe,the whole place its illuminates all nigth ,a lot of parking,also huge parking for semi truck with 53 ft trailer.really nice person at the front desk .i recommend this place.next to it,it’s a Mexican restaurant,Mc Donald across the street.

Obviously this is not a 5 star hotel, but for what it is it's great. Rooms are clean, air/heat work well, beds are extremely comfy. The staff I've encountered has always been pleasant and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect: Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens are both less than 15 mins away and there are some great dining options & grocery/convenience stores in walking distance. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times and have never had a bad experience.
