"Very well maintained, Clean & Odorless rooms."

"Little bit of a challenge locating the hotel since it was a ways off the Main Street. Would help if they added a bigger sign at the Main Street. Also a sign where you turn off the side street into hotel."

"The place was just beautiful "

"The hot tub was under maintenance and only 1 elevator was working."

"Excellent go to place when we travel to Connecticut. Always great....even this time. However, they are in the middle of a renovation so things are a bit out of sorts. No breakfast but they are giving a voucher for the place next door. Good place for a quiet nights sleep."

"Very clean with shopping close by"

"The room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious. I only have 1 request. Cinnamon rolls. My daughters love them!"

"The young lady that set up breakfast (her name was Patricia?) Was so accommodating. She got me extra hot water for my special protein oatmeal and got diet syrup for my diabetic brother inlaw. She the. Let me know about the hard boiled eggs and strawberries and blueberries. She just made our difficult diet restrictions so easy."

When we called reception, the employee immediately offered to change our room. When she mentioned that the room next door would have the same noise, I wondered whether this was...

It was incredibly unprofessional and stressful to be treated this way when we had already made arrangements and expected to be able to stay for the time we paid for. The way management handled the situation was unacceptable. Guests should be treated with respect, especially when they have a confirmed...

"No water pressure in the shower"

"We arrived at 2 PM but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. After a short wait, we were given a room and the $40 early check-in fee was waived. Thanks for that. They also have a very quick convenient shuttle to the casino and event center which we used to see a show. No problems and just a short wait for the return trip."
