"Rooms were all unsanitary. Location was unsafe. Doors to building did not lock. TV's did not work. Rooms were not cleaned in weeks. Human hair all over shower, floor. Burn holes in linens, crack pipe burns in desks and floor. Staff refused refunding after cancelling 3rd night for all these reasons and Expedia did nothing to assist. Total rip off and disgusting. Been in Fraternity houses that were cleaner and safer."

"I have been here a handful of times, and most often everything is good. The room this time, needed some updating. The light on the fan was loose, the shower door was loose, and the chair at the work desk was loose. The staff has always been helpful and attentive. When checking in, the staff gave us a bag with water and some cookies, and informed us of a "social" that evening with free food. The room situtation at this last visit won't deter me from visiting again. It's an affordable and...

"We enjoyed our stay. Place is clean and modern. The staff were great. The microwave went out and they were helpful offering a new room. I passed on the offer since we were exhausted from our travels. The next day another staff member let me know they were replacing the microwave. Amazing service! "
