"Room very clean and beds extra comfortable. Lots of small decorating features for a motel and gardens on grounds were extra beautiful. Rooms themselves felt older but with new furnishings. Overall a comfortable stay."

"I've stayed at this motel many times and find it to be a great balance of value vs. condition/cleanliness and a good stay. The staff literally could not be any friendlier and are a highlight of the stay, very accommodating and go out of their way to help with any needs you may have. I will definitely continue to stay here when I am in the area for hiking trips."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating (example: got to the complimentary breakfast 15 minutes before close. No coffee, so she cheerfully made a fresh pot just for us.) Place was clean;everything worked great. Had a nice bench seat outside the room to look at the mountains and relax after several hours of motorcycle riding. I would absolutely recommend the place and would stay there again."

"Great place, friendly staff, good foot. However, the white elephant in the room as that you can hear through the walls as if the other guests are in your room with you. And I mean hear EVERYTHING. I noticed this in some other reviews before I stayed here - they were comically (and annoyingly) proven right."

"Innkeeper is friendly and the place was fairly clean. Lovely to have coffee and complimentary breakfast on site. Rooms (especially the bathrooms and baseboard heaters) are somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Visited during a chilly time of the year and thermostat was tricky to operate. Heat was set not to go above 75 degrees, which was less than ideal."

"Older strip type motel. That said room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was good for a couple of days that I stayed. No breakfast available at motel though they did give me a discount coupon to bar/resturant next door. "

"Beautiful renovated mansion on the outskirts of town. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Only complaint is our room, #10, was above the mechanical system which shook the room and rattled the lamp on the nightstand next to the bed."

"The room was attractive and clean - and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was also fairly inexpensive and a quick drive into Lenox. All the rooms were full suites with kitchens and living rooms. This was nice, but we didn't really need the kitchen and would have preferred an on-site restaurant for breakfast. Still, the super friendly staff directed us to the nearby Electra's cafe which had the best French toast I have ever eaten. We would definitely stay there again."

"We enjoyed our visit to the Inn. It was close to all the events, Tanglewood, and destinations, hiking and waterfall, we wanted to explore."

"We booked this hotel as a half way point on our way to Niagara Falls. From the moment we checked in the staff we incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the amenities were nice. My family enjoyed swimming in the pool. It’s near a chilis which was nice to stop and have dinner. If ever in the area again we would stay again!"
