"The room was dirty, when I arrived I pulled back covers. I found hair and unidentifiable stains on the sheets. I request and received clean sheets. I took pictures of the stains and hair. The next morning I wake up to bugs crawling in the bath tub, I put them in a container and presented it to the staff. The young lady was helpful and kind. I went about my day. "The room itself was very clean. But the room and I assume the entire building is in need of renovation. It’s not a deal breaker but if I’m paying over $100 for 2 queen beds, it would be worth it if the bathroom didn’t need the floors replaced. The hallways needed to be vacuumed badly. Not just a 1 day miss, it was obvious that they’re not vacuumed daily. At least not upon arriving on a Sunday night. Now breakfast is the only saving grace for my stay.
