"I hate that the yo ya i have to be critical of the property because the staff was friendly and as helpful as possible. Rooms were not up to the expectations we had for the branding. Our group booked 5 rooms and none were exempt from outside noise from halls or rooms with common walls. Housekeeping was not done for 72 hrs including towels and garbage cans. "The room was very modern, clean, and quiet. Free hot breakfast in the morning was great - nice selection and plenty of seating for groups and solo travelers. The evening food was a very nice surprise! I was expecting snack food, not a full meal!! Such a great gesture. Staff was always mingling with guests during meal times, checking in on everyone and making sure they had everything they needed. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition as well."

"The place was pretty decent. Breakfast was good. The staff was awesome. I relied on them to suggest places to go eat. There was restaurants within two blocks of the hotel. Great location. Seemed right in the heart of Pittsburgh’s business tech area. Only big complaints were that we were right next to train tracks. Literally 10 ft from our window.
