Some of the staff would have rather been anywhere else, merely based on the dismissive responses I received. I walked out to find my rear tire deflated on the day of departure, not slashed, someone took the time to deflate my tire. So I wouldn’t say parking is that secure. If I find a better rate anywhere else on my next trip, I will stay at any another hotel. "

"I have bed bug bites on my body. I didn’t have them prior to my visit. My son and I are not happy. My sister found a cockroach on her bed when she walked into her room. The staff said it was seasonal and therefore could not switch her rooms because she paid specifically for a suite. I will not be staying here again. "

"Breakfast was more like a snack. Housekeeping left at 5:00 pm sharp despite not getting to clean our room. I had to complain to get someone to come take care of the room after 6:00 pm. Which they did. Probably would not stay here again. For a Sheraton? Poor."
