"We used this hotel last summer and had a nice experience so we booked it again this time. The facility may be older but clean. The room spacious. The breakfast is fantastic. The bathroom sink drains very slowly (always has standing water) but it was late when we found that out and we were ready for bed so we decided to live with it. Our room was on the first floor this time, and we had the "green giant" in the room above so there were often heavy footsteps sound. At check out it was a surprise that no one asked how our stay was. We told them about the slow draining sink, thinking that they need to fix it before the next guest arrives. All we got was an "ok", no "sorry for your inconvenience", nor "thanks for letting us know we will fix it right away". While we enjoyed the fantastic breakfast at this hotel, we will look for another hotel next time for comfort. We used 3 hotels on this trip and this was at the bottom of the list. No"
