"Overall pretty good stay. Room was good and property and room was clean. Only real issue was breakfast. Attendee/staff was more interested in conversation rather than stocking food items. Eggs and bacon were mostly gone, with none ready to add. No milk and issues with pancake machine. She wasn't in a hurry to address these items, and was heard saying only 30 minutes left in my shift. Several guests left without anything to eat."

"The name "Midway Airport" is misleading, as this hotel doesn't really have anything to do with the airport. The parking lot is also quite small. I do want to recognize the young man working the front desk on the night shift. He had outstanding hospitality skill, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. He made the best impression during our stay and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten his name so I could name him. His hospitality skills...
