"Great friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived at the property at 1:00 pm and even though my check-in time was at 3:00, they offered to check me in 2 hours early without any hesitation.
They knew I was running the Houston marathon on my return date and assured me that they will accommodate an hour for a late checkout.
Very professional staff and attentive to guest’s needs.
Highly recommend The Whitehall Houston!! "

"Staff throughout the entire hotel were absolutely wonderful. I had a wonderful massage, probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had in the spa. The restaurant staff and food were great. I went several times throughout my stay with the staff always greeted us enthusiastically. All around great stay"
