"breakfast was excellent!! room was clean worth the money. The only problem is i booked for 3 person in a room with King bed and a sofa bed. I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room"

"My first time to the area and I feel the property is nit clearly defined. So disappointed, I checked in and then left! Didn’t even sit on the bed.

Dingy pool towels
No food service, asked and they pointed up a hill about 2 miles away that was the golf club cafe
No real bar
Rooms Motel 8 at best!
Apparently no spa services on Wednesday

"Not enough parking spots for the amount of people staying there. Lots of vehicles parked in the emergency lanes. I was told if I parked there I could be towed. Room was ok staff was friendly I did not eat breakfast there and I did not use the hot tub. "

"Beautiful place very welcoming, staff were very helpful with check in and suggestions for area spots. We also got a surprise upgraded room which was gorgeous. Spent a day by the pool relaxing, very good service there also.
Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again.
Only issue was we can’t find a hiking knife we left in the jeep when we valeted car. We knew exactly where we put it. And the next day it was gone from the console. Disappointing end to the trip, it was a gift."

"Our room are great, clean and quiet. The staff are also very nice and hopeful. However, there are a couple things that wish it will be different/improved.
First of all is that the Pool need to be accessed from outside of the Hotel not from the inside. I will have to walk out from the front door.
The second thing is that the breakfast hot food are all the same everyday, scramble eggs and sausages. Those tasted good but not so good after staying there for 3 nights."

"Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun !
