"breakfast was excellent!! room was clean worth the money. The only problem is i booked for 3 person in a room with King bed and a sofa bed. I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room"

"My first time to the area and I feel the property is nit clearly defined. So disappointed, I checked in and then left! Didn’t even sit on the bed.

No food service, asked and they pointed up a hill about 2 miles away that was the golf club cafe
No real bar
Rooms Motel 8 at best!

"Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...

"I chose this hotel as it was very close to Tempe Beach Park(the Reggie Rise Yp Festival was their). I could bot have been happier with my choice. The neighbor hood was beautiful. "Beautiful place very welcoming, staff were very helpful with check in and suggestions for area spots. We also got a surprise upgraded room which was gorgeous. Spent a day by the pool relaxing, very good service there also.
Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again.
Only issue was we can’t find a hiking knife we left in the jeep when we valeted car. We knew exactly where we put it. And the next day it was gone from the console. Disappointing end to the trip, it was a gift."
