"Elevator is broken everywhere credit card machines that don’t work light switches that are inconsistently functioning. Rooms that don’t get cleaned until after 6 PM if they’re cleaned at all.
Staff that blames everything on the fact that it was a property that was taken over by Marriott
Staff that complains about systems that were moved over and upgraded from Marriott that are causing problems
Just one problem after another if you want to be annoyed, spend 20 minutes waiting for an elevator...

"No elevator 😭
Spent all day walking around Seattle to come back to our hotel to no working elevator.
We were on the 25th floor! Workers didn’t really seem to care or worry about how guests were going to get from lobby to rooms..
and the add to that.. stairs were outside of the building and for someone with young children and a fear of heights.. it’s something we will not risk again. Very disappointed. And we were even offered a discount for our room.."

"For the first night, Hotel mgmt placed us in a room that was not the room type we reserved for our stay. Mgmt moved us to the correct room for the remaining three nights of our stay, and as a gesture of goodwill, offered to refund the first night of our stay and waive the daily $7 parking fee.
