"AC didn’t work but didn’t complain didn’t really NEED it. Biggest problem was a drunk man knocked on my door 4 times one morning at 6am. I told him a couple times that he was at the wrong room. He then went to the front desk and got a key made to MY room and let himself in. I called the front desk and had them terminate the card. I went down to ask about it and was told he wasn’t sure what room he was in and they gave him my room number to “get him out of there hair” CRAZY. Will not be back....

"Very comfortable beds and clean linens. Sofabed like all places are horrible. Breakfast was great with eggs bacon sausage and variety of breads and make your own waffle with all the toppings you desire and yogurt and oatmeal. Enjoyed the convenience of having that available to eat before checking out"

"This is a nice and well-located hotel for a visit to Ithaca. I would have liked it better but for the following four things: 1) the electrical outlets on the table lamps were loose and did not always work, 2) there were no USB ports except one on the clock radio, 3) the air conditioning did not cool well after the first two days of a three-day stay, 3) the housekeeping service never made the bed or switched the towels. But everything was clean, the staff was nice, and the food and service good...

"The room was clean enough but the TV remote wouldn't work. The AC would work for 3 minutes then shut off. After playing with it I finally got it to stay running. There is no lobby, so everything is done remotely. Very confusing. The room charge came through as expected but they added $30 for property usage. WHAT PROPERTY USAGE? I wouldn't recommend this facility."

"I would say it's a nice inn which closes to the Taughannock stat park and the lake can be viewd well from the Lakeview spa room. And the Inn provides free light breakfast with selectedable three items and awesome services. The uncomfortable things are that the WiFi looks like unstable at all, no lunch service, at the front desk no one picks up your service request phone call, and we stayed there for 3 nights without 2 nights dinner services."

"Check in was very good. The gal at the front desk very friendly. On day before our check-out I went to office to use computer and printer to print boarding passes and guest computer and printer was not working. Waited for like 15 minutes for the lady at front desk to print like over 50 pages for a gentleman that appeared to be an executive. I then went and asked since the guest computer was not functioning could she print boarding passes for me. She was rude and asked why I wouldn’t just use...
