"AWFUL!!! I have major concerns about the security of this property. We were issued a key but did not response directly to the room until a couple hours later. Upon return, someone was in our room. It's a really bad feeling when you are traveling with your child and realize that there are multiple keys issued for a room OR the hotel has squatters. Walls are paper thin-person in the neighboring room had the tv on ALL night (at a normal volume) and we could hear EVERYTHING.
Didn't even take may chances with breakfast - as soon as we "woke" up from not being able to sleep more than an hour or so at a time, we rolled out. We were here to visit UNC-W. It was close to campus but not really walkable. Suffice it to say, if my kid goes to school there, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. TERRIBLE."
