"I like where the property is located, very beautiful view and lots of things to explore near the hotel. I would definitely stay again in the near future.
However the inside of the hotel such be excellent in appearance when it comes to cleanliness, considering the pricing of the stay there. The room #245 where I stayed was not clean upon my arrival. The carpet in the hallways had stains on them, elevator flooring was not mopped, ice machine on the 4th floor did not work, had to go to the 3rd floor for ice, breakfast area off of the main lobby downstairs floors were dusty and not well kept to sit there and eat breakfast. Glass around breakfast tables were dirty with fingerprints, also in the main lobby glass dirty, and guest room, exiting the elevator in the hallways glass were dirty.
I feel when you have an elegant property location, it should look and be maintained to support the pricing you charge your guest staying there."
