"1st Room floor was wet, as if from a leak. 2nd room they assigned, the bed seemed like a oversized cot and the linen had the smell of urine. I stayed the night and the next morning found out that the shower didn't work. These rooms were on the 1st floor, I have problems navigating stairs and they had no elevator. They offered to put me in another room but I declined, even though I won't be refunded any remaining monies! Advertising for this establishment was overrated!"

"There was no microwave in the room when you stepped into the elevator from the lobby. The elevator had no air conditioner going and when we got off on our floor, there was no air-conditioning going on in the hallways. It was very hot and uncomfortable. You need to do better first time staying at Doubletree."

"We had a clean room, comfortable beds and a spacious suite. Everything worked very well in our room except the TV. Two maintenance guys worked on it and it never worked and, in fact, wouldn’t even turn off! We had to unplug it, and it looks like the people before us did too based on it being unplugged when we got into the room. The staff were responsive, polite and helpful, but never got the TV working. "Skip this place. If you don’t. Stop at the Family Dollar store and get cleaning supplies and air fresheners. Room stinks, floor is dirty. Clean the air filter in the A/C unit full of nasty dust and stuff."
