"Some staff members were very helpful, but others were quite rude and unfriendly. I think the management should use secret shoppers to evaluate the quality of customer service. On my first day, the receptionist seemed to be in a hurry and was not willing to answer my questions. I think her shift was about to end, which may have been the reason. I also had problems charging my EV. On the first day, the valet staff made the process difficult. They told me that all charging stations were occupied and that I needed to call repeatedly to check for availability. Instead, they should manage the charging schedule themselves and rotate the cars as charging stations become available. I don’t understand why guests need to keep calling and asking. On my last day, the guest services staff told me that I needed to get my suitcases from the valet. However, when I spoke to the valet staff, they said that the bellboy was responsible for bringing the luggage, not them. After going back to guest services, the employee claimed that he had never told me to go to the valet and argued with me about it. Overall, the service was inconsistent. While some employees were excellent, others were unhelpful and unprofessional."

"We loved our stay here! Our room was huge and super clean! We stayed in the suite with a king bed, bunk beds, and small living room. The room was spacious and super clean! Housekeeping did a great job! The property was very clean as well. We were very impressed with pretty much everything! Breakfast was good for a free breakfast! The kids loved the Mickey Mouse waffles. It can get crowded for breakfast. The pool area was very nice. The pool was very warm which helped for the chilly days we had! The hot tub was also amazing! The water slides are not always open so that was a bit of a bummer if you went when they weren’t open but the kids loved the slides when they did open. It’s about a 20 min walk to Disney, but we opted to just uber to save our feet some for all the walking we would do at Disney. Uber was super easy to get. The area of the property was nice and clean as well. Right in the same parking lot were restaurants you could walk to like Starbucks, Habit Grill, Jimmy John’s, and a few others. We would definitely stay here again!"
