Issues with all the animals the property allows and it seems they are not cleaning that well to get all the pet dander smells out. Also, the phone in my room did not work. I had an issue and could not breathe and had to do a hot steam shower to help then the smoke alarm went off but no one even tried to check to see what was wrong

The key cards would not work because the battery on the hotel room doors were not replaced making us dependent on the front desk person to let us in if we left the room

The property was not secure, outer doors did not lock and anyone could walk in. Exterior of property was not maintained or landscaped appropriately. Staff were not dressed appropriately and the building had an odor of marijuana.

Definitely did not live up to the standards of other Microtels that we have stayed in. Carpet was very bad in the room - dirty, old with wrinkles in it. The side door was taped open to allow other guests to go out and smoke. Used furniture for sale in the hallway. Staff was so-so. Not the friendly crew that is usually at a microtel. Just disappointed in the experience of this microtel.

Our room was filthy. Carpet molded and coming up in all corners. AC had mold in all the vents. Toilet ran constantly. My sheets and pillow cases had makeup stains and random strands of hair on them. VERY UNSAFE!! All side access and back doors were completely unlocked, anyone could walk in with no key card. The back door was propped open both nights we stayed and random people not staying in the hotel just kept coming in and out. Absolutely TERRIBLE and UNSAFE experience and I will NEVER stay here again. Was my worst stay in a hotel ever

This property was older and dirty. I had reserved a pet room on the first floor but when we got there at 3pm no more rooms on the first floor. No elevator. But the biggest problem was the noise. There were screaming babies all night long. Also someone had left their dog in their room and left for hours. The poor dog cried and barked and I sat on the hallway floor for over an hour trying to calm him down through the door. Rooms could not be changed as the facility was full. There were at least 6 hotels on this block. I will not stay at this one again.

I was apprehensive after reading several negative reviews but my experience was very positive. My room was showing signs of aging but it was spotless and more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful, I would like to give a big shout out to the evening desk clerk, Quinn, who went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating.

Good enough for the money
Room rate was affordable. Room was clean. It looked like construction work was being done to improve/update this hotel while we were there. Smokers were outside our entrance and we had some smoke residue that bothered us.
