"Overflowing trash cans in the outdoor common areas. Pool lounge chairs were all damaged."

"The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and the hotel sent an email every day to check on us. The room we got was a King with a jetted tub. The tub was amazing. The room was large and clean. The AC worked excellent and there was a sofa, chair and small side table in the room, along with a desk and rolling chair. We were on the second floor, but we didn't hear must noise."

"The carpet was super stained and the kitchen staff was so overwhelmed that I had to get a refund for breakfast; I waited for 30 minutes without the server coming to take my order after I was greeted. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The person at the front desk was very helpful in helping with the refund for breakfast."

"The lobby gave a decent first impression, but it was very misleading to the rest of the property. We had to ask to be moved rooms after getting to our first assigned room and discovering hair still on the bathroom floor, what appeared to be dried soda splattered all over a good portion of the wall near the sofa, and dried rice grains stuck to the wall near the desk! The next room was at least better than that, but still not the most clean. Took the kids to the pool where the door leading to...

"We had room 205 this hotel is undergoing major renovation, which we were not aware of when we booked the shower in the bathroom had a crack in the wall. There was a stain on the toilet on the left-hand side and the TV did not work at all limited breakfast options the plus side was we had a good night sleep well wait to give it another chance after the renovation is done"

"I didn't end up staying the night, so I can't say how the room was. I walked into tge main lobby, though. It's definitely a place for a quick overnight stay. I think I would feel more comfortable staying there if I had someone with me, to be honest."

"Had to pay daily Park Entry fee for each day in private cabin adding cost to for entire week. Kitchen sink has no water pressure. Coffee pot was not cleaned when cabin closed for winter season so it was full of mold. Went out and bought my own."
