"The bedsheets had stain on them . I got the room changed . And then even the other room has hair on the bedsheets. The mini fridge was not working . The staff was friendly though. It’s the cleanliness part which disappointed me a lot . Even the basic amenities in the bathroom was not completely available"

"Everything was top notch. The beds were super comfy. Loved the breakfast buffet. Loved having the Claim Jumper right across the street, and an upscale mall right around the corner. There was always a convenient place to park. The Hotel even provided umbrellas for rainy days. Hubby loved the cookies. We definitely will come again when we visit our Portland family."

"Breakfast was good. The lady in the mornings is very sweet and helpful. Excellent location. The key card stopped working an hour before check-out, so I got distracted trying to get a new one. I left my new box fan near the door of my room and didn't receive my deposit back because of it. Stayed 8 nights."

"Honest review — The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I might have just had a noisy guest above me. It’s not worth the $257 a night, but it’s still a charming older hotel. "The elevator area has spider webs you have to get around in the doer ways to get into it. The elevator looks as though it’s never been cleaned. The walls are so thin you can hear the other people next doo whispering"

"Everything about my stay was amazing. I needed a early check in and the were so helpful to make sure that could happen. On top of that we needed extra towels and they were quick to get them to us. The staff was so kind and helpful. This stay was amazing and we will come back soon."

"Bathroom/shower area was really cruddy. Looks like baseboards had never/ever been cleaned. Toilet seat was hanging on to toilet by a thread. Door scraped floor when opening or closing, and hinges needed oiling. Other main issue was that air conditioner would not run continuously, but would cool for a while, and then stop. "The gated parking was a plus. The need for those gates not a plus (nearby area seemed somewhat sketchy) providing the secure parking is appreciated. Location was ideal and convenient, room was clean and adequate. We will definitely stay here again. It is located in a beautiful area scenery-wise."

Great bar and food, friendly helpful staff, great room and appointments, plus I happened to have an excellent balcony and east view, and nice bathroom. Everything was great, except I missed having a microwave. Would definitely stay again and told my local friends about it as well, for their other visiting guests."
