"The hotel was fine overall, but to be honest it’s a bit dated and under-maintained. We arrived around 8:30pm and there was only one person at the front desk, so despite having already checked in via the app it took quite a while to get our keys. Similarly, there was only one very confused employee running the coffee shop in the morning (he was wearing a full suit and didn’t seem to be a usual coffee shop staff member). The ice machine didn’t work, the shower had two bottles of body wash and no shampoo, the paint was peeling. So just not really up to usual Doubletree standards. That said, the bed was comfortable and we only needed it for one night, so it wasn’t the end of the world."
