"It's okay--a 3-star experience. The room was clean enough and I didn't notice any issues in terms of crime. The rooms are smallish. Not a very walkable area at all but there's plenty of free parking. The breakfast is not any good. Corporate and unfresh; the eggs had a funny taste. The staff are pretty friendly."

"Friendly staff, but I can't give the staff higher marks when the property was so disgusting and nothing was done about it. Both elevators looked like crime scenes, absolutely filthy and smelly. Walking in the back door, there was an odor the entire time. I changed to use the hot tub, since that was one of the amenities I booked the property for, but it was also filthy and full of a million floating bugs, trash, etc. I was in so much pain I was still going to use it if I could get a skimmer and...

"Hotel was amazing, clean, spacious room, staff was friendly but had a major hiccup at check-in which the staff sorted out. Unfortunate check in issue die to third party booking but was sorted out with the friendly staff."
