"Staff was friendly, room clean. Every day the hot breakfast was something different. I didnt go to the pool so i cannot rate that. Overall beds were comfortable and i do suffer from a bad back so waking up not hurting is always a big gold star. "

"This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert...

"The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The staff were helpful and went over and above. The king size bed was clean and comfortable. Would we stay here again? Probably not due to the location and amenities around the hotel. It was right on a busy freeway and the area was a little sketchy that we didn’t go out at night. Liked the pool and waterfalls and the breakfast was a little buffet but get there early ."

"The staff is friendly inspire of the repeated asks from other guests .e.g. ppl returning from a concert that weekend forgetting keys / remaking them etc. I returned late myself and had no parking spot available..but the person at the front desk opened up a staff spot for me! It's a safe place for sure and the nearby stores and restaurants are a plus."

"The Hollander is extremely nice. It has a nice pool and bar area offering good cost saving specials. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. It's near a number of museums, bars and restaurants. We'd be happy to stay again."
