"The day started out stressful I booked the wrong day, we needed Sat to Sun and I booked Sun to Mon. We had our dogs with us on top of that, we were there for my nieces lacrosse tournament. We got there and they told us wrong day, the customer representative Juan said don’t worry we will take care of it. "We enjoyed the hotel very much but had a housekeeping issue. We were there five days and on the second day I let the desk know we would not need housekeeping. On the third day I assumed they would clean the room and bring fresh linens. They did not. I called and they said they would send someone up.
