"Cockroaches. Hotel room seemed okay on first glance - comfy bed and room up to standard. But later on in the night I was greeted by a 2 inch cockroach that the staff removed. They seemed unbothered and told me no other rooms were available. "Air conditioning worked but my family was welcomed to room where the thermostat was set to 77 degrees. The halls are hot as there is no ac on. Elevator reeked of marijuana. On our day of checkout at 10 am a male staff member used his key to open our door. My daughter was in the process of getting dressed. When I went to the hall to see who it was the male employee said that he had the wrong room. We had to beg for extra towels and the front desk. The staff told us that we had to bring the dirty...
