"Great location! Clean and comfortable.
The games and seating area by the dock at sunset were very relaxing.
Restaurant staff really friendly and attentive.
We all loved the breakfast options.
My only “not 5 stars” experience was the front desk man doing our check in, he was not very thoughtful or polite. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel."

"I made a reservation for a double room . When I got there they gave me a handicap room and said that was the room I reserved but it wasn’t. The front desk person was very rude and refused to help me even after I told her and showed her my reservation she said there was nothing they could do . She said she didn’t know why it was handicap room when the reservation was for a regular room. I was very upset and disappointed but they didn’t care."
