"We stayed in the Garden cottage & it was for our wedding anniversary. It was very nice & relaxing. We weren’t able to use the coffeemaker because the previous user left grinds & there was no way to pull it out to clean it. Plus there is no kitchen or utility sink to wash dishes. Shower set up was nice & there is a whirlpool tub which we didn’t use. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi available. The microwave & fridge work great- loved that there were dishes & cups for our use. The wildflowers & plants made the property very quaint & scenic but the walkway & parking spot could be trimmed back just a bit. The outdoor lighting was somewhat dim, as it does get very dark there-which made it difficult to see the keypad at night. Entrance could be more visible; there are some string lights at night that make it easier to spot but there is a blind curve so it is possible to miss if you’re not careful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay & would definitely come back. It’s a very short drive into Wimberley Square & not far from San Marcos, New Braunfels or Austin."
