"Shuttle ran on Time. That was the most important thing for us on this property. Issue with out reservation though. For some reason showed cancel. Staff member worked through it "I hope" and was able to get us a room and should be able to release "the expedia" funds and not double charge me."

"The airport shuttle bus pickup was quick and easy to get contacted and processed but somehow we did not received the full details from Expedia where the meeting point was located. Hotel was clean and quite, breakfast was adequate and better than the normal continental breakfast."

"Easy check in and check out , the airport shuttle was extremely helpful. It was nice they had a small store to purchase a few snacks and drinks. This was a last minute thing due to flights being cancelled and rescheduled. This spot hit the mark on price and comfort! For something simple I highly suggest staying here!"

"I stayed at The Woodlands Resort for one night and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The property itself is nice and has a relaxing atmosphere. However, there were a few downsides. My room did not have a microwave, which would have been convenient. Also, only the lazy river was open during my stay, while two of the pools were closed. The lazy river was enjoyable, but there were quite a few leaves and unattended tubes floating around,...

"Need update their pull out beds. My body was touching the metal on the pullout couch. I did not sleep too good. The Internet was slow. The TV needs updating to smart tvs. It’s small and old TV and need locks on doors. The breakfast was good. I didn’t like the oatmeal and I love oatmeal. I love bagels, but these bagels do not taste good to me for some reason. Breakfast is good. Just need to change it once in a while maybe some biscuits and gravy. They serve every single day a sausage...
