"I adore returning to this beautiful hotel, and when I arrived yesterday, was so happy to be welcomed by Carolina, whose customer service is so outstanding. I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. "It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. First time pick up, they charged CHF 8. Going down to train station also the same CHF 8. When we call again, for pick up at train station, the...
